Qualifications

• Experience in woodworking, crate building, or industrial painting preferred.
• Ability to read basic drawings, dimensions, and work instructions.
• Familiarity with two-part epoxy coatings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Construct custom wooden crates, skids, pallets, and packaging structures.
• Read and interpret drawings and packaging requirements; measure and cut materials.
• Prepare metal components and apply two-part epoxy coatings per specifications.
• Operate woodworking and painting equipment; maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Inspect finished crates and painted parts for quality and safety compliance.
