Attention to detail and teamwork are essential in this non-air-conditioned production setting. Applicants should have carpentry skills, the ability to read blueprints, and the capacity to obtain forklift certification.

Formación

• Good carpentry skills and ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize work based on production schedules.
• Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members.
• Able to obtain forklift certification and safely operate a forklift.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a non-air-conditioned environment.

Responsabilidades

• Label IDs on product sections per print reference.
• Confirm crate size with supervisor based on shipping needs.
• Cut boards to size using saws; assemble crates with screws.
• Secure crates with padding and banding; load into shipping.
• Operate forklift to move crates to staging and trucks.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and use carpentry tools as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
