You will follow safety policies, prepare crates, operate forklifts and WMS, read diagrams, and help ensure quality and productivity. A high school diploma or GED (or 2 years related experience) is required; lifting up to 35 lbs is

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED (or 2 years related manufacturing experience).
• Able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs consistently.
• Excellent reading of diagrams and basic math skills.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Mansioni

• Follow safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Prepare, cut, secure and assemble crates to prevent damage.
• Safely move materials with manual and powered forklifts/PIV.
• Read diagrams accurately and apply basic math to tasks.
• Operate WMS and handheld scanners for daily tasks.
• Identify quality issues and escalate as needed.
• Meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas per 5S.
• Other duties as assigned.
