Job summary

TOOGANN TECHNOLOGIES seeks a skilled Technician L2 for its Crash Test Safety Instrumentation Lab. You will prepare, instrument, and support vehicle crash testing, ensuring data acquisition systems are accurate and safe to operate.

The role involves installing sensors, wiring, and systems, performing calibrations, and assisting with post-test data review and archiving. Strong safety orientation and teamwork are essential for fast-paced test environments.

Qualifications

6+ years of related experience, or an associate degree with 4+ years of experience.
Strong commitment to safe work practices and procedural compliance.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced test environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and conduct standard tests within the Crash Test Safety area.
Operate all lab equipment correctly and safely.
Troubleshoot testing equipment to the component level.
Install, route, and verify vehicle instrumentation and data acquisition systems for test readiness.
Perform calibration and preventive maintenance on test equipment and sensors.
Support crash test preparation and post-test teardown.
Fabricate or modify parts and fixtures to match design requirements.
Apply standard techniques and procedures to assigned tasks as part of broader project goals.
