Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, civil, engineering mechanics, automotive systems or related field.
• Two years of experience in a CAE engineering or related position.
• Two years of experience with pre-/post-processors, FEA LS-Dyna, CATIA, NCAP/FM VSS, DFMEA.

Responsibilities

• Develop vehicle safety systems from block diagram architecture phase.
• Collaborate with Advanced Vehicle Crash Safety and Program Design teams.
• Define safety system content and influence architecture to meet platform targets.
• Perform CAE analysis and work with test engineers to develop safety systems.
• Analyze test data and CAE results; liaise with suppliers and global teams.
