Qualifications

• Three years of investigative experience with law enforcement, government, or military agency.
• CV shows training as an AccidentInvestigator/Reconstructionist.
• Recognition as a court expert in accident investigation/reconstruction.

Responsibilities

• Proactively review vehicle accident, fatality, and DUI cases.
• Provide expertise in defense strategies and case theories.
• Conduct field investigations: vehicle inspections, photos, videotaping, witness statements, diagrams.
• Update attorneys on progress and recommend further actions.
• Interface with law enforcement, investigators from other agencies, and related contacts.
• May be assigned to various Office units and travel as needed.
