Job summary

Gillette Children’s is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the Craniofacial Surgery team. The role includes outpatient and inpatient care across St. Paul and outreach sites with weekend rounds and shared on-call coverage.

The APP will contribute to care plans, perform advanced procedures, and coordinate multidisciplinary care for pediatric craniofacial patients. Travel to multiple Minnesota clinics is required.

Qualifications

• NP or PA licensure in MN; current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in pediatric craniofacial or surgical patients is preferred.
• Ability to function autonomously as a provider and drive to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient care within Craniofacial Surgery.
• Weekend rounds and on-call rotation.
• Coordinate care across clinics and outreach sites.
• Perform specialized procedures with appropriate training and competency.
