Dawes Rigging and Crane Rental in Kaukauna, WI is seeking a motivated Yard Helper to assist with maintenance, cleaning, and yard duties. This entry-level role offers full-time hours, overtime as needed, and comprehensive benefits.

You will operate hand and power tools, assist cranes and components, and support other craft workers at construction sites while maintaining safety standards. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must work 40 hours per week and overtime as needed.
• Must have a valid Driver License.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Work safely around moving machinery and in varying temperatures.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and clean-up of equipment, buildings and yard.
• Clean and pressure wash cranes and heavy trucks.
• Assist in loading/unloading cranes and components.
• Provide physical labor at construction sites and assist other craft workers as directed.
• Operate hand and power tools and a variety of equipment.
• Maintain safety and compliance with regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
