Job summary

You will assist the crane operator, inspect equipment, and monitor the work area while guiding loads and maintaining teamwork. Experience with bridge cranes and rigging is preferred; a High School Diploma or GED is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; equivalent experience allowed.
• Experience around bridge cranes and advanced rigging.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Basic math including fractions.
• Read and comprehend written instructions.
• Good judgment and teamwork capabilities.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist crane operator with clear signals for safe crane movements.
• Monitor work area to identify hazards.
