Job summary

You will oversee equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction, while coordinating with regional leadership on scheduling and operations.

Qualifications

• Moderate knowledge of budgets and financial statements.
• Moderate knowledge of process improvement programs and procedures.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Moderate knowledge of transporting tower cranes.
• Advanced knowledge of tower crane functionality, terminology, maintenance, and repair practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage branch performance and operations for equipment rentals, maintenance, safety, etc.
• Ensure Technicians have the proper skill set for repair, maintenance, assembly, climbs, and disassembly of tower cranes and hoists.
• Schedule technicians for assembly and disassembly of tower cranes with the Tower Crane Regional Operations Manager.
• Implement cost-effective control over operating expenditures, manpower, wages, and salaries.
• Review and approve employee time sheets.
