Job summary

Diamond Infrastructure Solutions in Hahnville, LA is seeking a Heavy Equipment Work Activity Coordinator Lead to plan, coordinate, and authorize crane and rigging activities. You will ensure lift plans meet project requirements and work with civil engineering and operations leadership.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with cranes, safety-focused leadership, and ability to coach tradespersons, allocate resources, and maintain compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment/maintenance.
• NCCCO or NCCER certification or in progress.
• TWIC card required or eligible to obtain.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crane, equipment, and rigging tasks across the site.
• Review job packages and prepare for task execution.
• Allocate resources and initiate work permits as needed.
• Report daily progress and adjust schedules as required.
• Close work orders and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Coach tradespersons on proper procedures and safety.
