Job summary

Worley is seeking a Crane and Rigging Coordinator to lead lifting operations on industrial construction projects at the Baytown site. You will coordinate crane activities, rigging, and supporting trades, ensuring alignment with schedules, safety requirements, and project priorities.

You will supervise forepersons, rigging teams, and crane operators, translating construction priorities into actionable field plans while maintaining safe, productive work conditions and adherence to quality

Qualifications

12+ years of crane, rigging, lifting, or related field experience.
Journey-level certification or equivalent trade qualification.
Experience coordinating crane and rigging on industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate crane, rigging, lifting, and related field activities to support schedules and priorities.
Provide day-to-day work direction to forepersons and trade personnel.
Plan and coordinate manpower to maintain appropriate levels for activities.
Support workface planning and ensure crews have required information and equipment.
Coordinate crane utilization with construction management, field engineering, logistics, and HSE.
Support lift planning, pre-lift coordination, and field readiness.
