Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience with rough terrain cranes, carry decks, crawlers and mobile cranes.
• Current TWIC card.
• Pass post-offer drug and physical screens and meet background requirements.
• Reliable with ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication; teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of specialized machinery safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Inspect ground conditions and assess overhead obstructions.
• Maintain equipment through daily inspections and routine maintenance.
• Keep logs and records of operations and communicate with ground personnel.
• Follow hand signals and site safety regulations; respond to questions quickly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
