We are currently looking for experienced crane riggers.

We are also seeking a heavy haul driver with experience in RT and crawler crane moves.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year prior experience rigging cranes or similar equipment.
• Good perception of math applications, weights, measurement, and balance.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Heavy physical effort required.

Summary

Assembles rigging to lift and move equipment or materials for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Loads, transports, unloads, and assists in selecting cables, ropes, pulleys, winches, blocks, and sheaves, according to weight and size of load.
• Knowledge of complex rigging, heavy rigging, changing crane boom and cable, electrical safety, ladder and scaffold safety, introduction to lifting machinery, wire ropes basics, basic rigging, fire prevention, sizing of chokers, load charts, etc.
• Perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motions.
• Give directions to crane operators or hoisting engineers using hand signals, loudspeakers, two-way radios, or telephones to ensure safety.
• Set up braces and rig hoisting equipment using hand tools and power wrenches.
• Assemble and disassemble cranes.
• Perform minor maintenance or cleaning of tools and equipment.
• Align, level, and anchor cranes and equipment.
• Observe all safety rules.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines.
• Work under immediate supervision; primary functions do not typically require independent judgment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean MVR.
• Up to 75% of the time required to work.
• Must pass a drug screen.
