Job summary

Dannys Crane Inc. seeks a Crane Operator to operate cranes and hoists, securely load and discharge materials at construction sites, and perform routine safety checks. The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and reliability in coordinating with ground crews.

The ideal candidate has prior crane operation experience, a valid NCCCO certification preferred, and a CDL. Ability to pass background and drug checks, plus physical stamina for heights and heavy lifting, is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Crane Operator or in a similar position is preferred.
• Certification from the NCCCO is preferred.
• Commercial drivers’ license is preferred.
• Ability to pass background and drug check.
• Be able to meet physical demands, including heights and heavy lifting.
• Excellent attention to detail and focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes and hoists.
• Secure loads to cranes.
• Transfer loads to construction sites and safely discharge.
• Routinely inspect equipment and perform safety checks.
• Perform basic repairs.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
• Communicate verbally and nonverbally with ground operators.
