Duties and responsibilities

• Operate cranes (mobile, tower, or overhead) to lift, move, and position heavy materials at construction sites.
• Inspect crane equipment daily to ensure it is functioning properly and report any mechanical issues.
• Determine load weights and ensure they are within crane capacity limits.
• Maneuver loads safely and efficiently, following hand signals, radio commands, and job instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of materials moved, equipment performance, and safety checks.
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage to property or injuries on the job site.
• Collaborate with riggers, signalers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to construction plans, blueprints, and schedules to complete tasks on time.
