Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of crane operation experience with heavy loads.
• Proven rigging skills and knowledge of load securement and safety practices.
• Ability to adjust to updated production schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate stationary or traveling cranes to lift, move, and position loads.
• Ensure loads are securely attached and safety policies are followed before lifts.
• Move products, equipment, or materials to designated areas efficiently and safely.
• Rig and load units onto trucks, ensuring balance and security.
• Work 50–55 hours per week with some Saturdays; overtime paid at time and a half.
