Job summary

STS Technical Services in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced Crane Operator / Rigger for a 2nd shift to operate cranes from 20 to 75 tons, lifting and positioning heavy loads safely for Global Power Components.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of crane operation and rigging experience, can adapt to updated production schedules, and is prepared to work 50–55 hours per week with partial Saturdays; overtime is paid at time and a half.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of crane operation experience with heavy loads
• Proven rigging experience and safety practices
• Ability to adapt to updated production schedules and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Operate stationary or traveling cranes to lift, move, and position loads (20–75 tons)
• Rig and load units for transport ensuring balance and security
• Follow safety policies and procedures, depress controls, and ensure proper attachments
• Work 50–55 hours per week, including partial Saturdays; overtime paid at 1.5x
