This non-exempt position reports to the Foreman or Site Manager and requires a drug screen and safety compliance. Essential qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, NCCCO or NCCER certification, and knowledge of rigging color codes.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• NCCCO or NCCER certification required.
• Knowledge of current rigging inspection color codes.
• Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Policy.

Responsibilities

• Operates power-driven machinery to move dirt or materials (backhoe, bulldozer, crane, dragline, loader, etc.).
• Reads load charts and interprets signals to position loads.
• Performs basic maintenance and ensures proper rigging inspections and color codes.
