Qualifications

• Must hold a state-issued Commercial Driver License (CDL).
• Must hold a current crane operating license (NCCCO).
• 3+ years of experience operating hydraulic cranes.
• Ability to read and interpret hand signals for crane operation.
• Strong verbal and written communication to document tasks and safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety first and proper crane setup for each lift.
• Review the next day’s job assignments and prepare rigging/equipment.
• Complete Electronic Field Tickets and payroll hours daily.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment when not on a job; report issues.
• Provide training support for safe crane operation and signaling.
