Job summary

Monogram Foods Bristol is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Technician I to support the safe receipt, storage, movement, and inventory control of materials and finished goods, helping maintain production schedules and efficient product flow.

You will operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems, verify quantities and locations, and assist with shipping, receiving, and cold-storage operations. Safety gear and teamwork are essential as you contribute to continuous improvement in our warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Ability to accurately complete inventory and warehouse documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, stage, and distribute raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory transactions accurately.
• Perform inventory movements and documentation in accordance with established procedures.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trailers.
• Verify product quantities, lot codes, and inventory locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate material replenishment to production areas to prevent downtime.
• Operate powered industrial equipment when properly trained and certified.
• Assist with freezer, cooler, and dry-storage warehouse operations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns immediately.
• Maintain organized warehouse locations and ensure proper product rotation practices.
• Accurately complete required paperwork and electronic transactions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
• Assist with additional warehouse and logistics functions as assigned by leadership.
