ALL Sunshine Crane Rental Corp. in Apopka, FL is seeking a certified Crane Operator with a CDL to join our rental taxi-fleet. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package and a $300 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.

You will operate heavy lift equipment, read lift plans, and maintain safety standards on-site. Experience with crane setup/tear-down and a strong safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Active crane operator certification from an OSHA‑compliant program.
• CDL with valid MVR.
• Experience in crane setup/tear-down.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Position Summary

ALL Sunshine Crane Rental, located in Apopka, is seeking certified Crane Operator’s with a CDL for our rental taxi-fleet. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits package. This position is eligible for a $300 sign-on bonus payable after 100 days of continuous, successful employment.

Essential Functions

• Must be able to safely operate complex heavy lift equipment
• Must be able to read lift plans, load charts and operate a personal computer
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Must have an active certificate from an accredited crane operator testing organization which meets OSHA criteria
• A CDL with an acceptable MVR is highly desired
• Experience in crane set-up and tear-down a definite plus
• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery
• Able to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity.
• Able to lift 50 pounds
