Job summary

MetalX LLC in Auburn, Indiana, is seeking a Crane Operator to join our shredding operations. The role initially runs on a 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, with plans to shift to a new weekend schedule.

You will load/unload materials using a mobile crane, identify materials, and feed the shredder/conveyor line or baler efficiently. Benefits include working 3 days per week with 4 days off, and being paid for 40 hours while working 36 hours.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane and load/unload materials to designated locations.
• Sort materials and feed shredder/conveyor line/baler efficiently.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
