Trane Supplyはグランドラピッズ（マサチューセッツではなくミシガン州）で、完成品倉庫ヤードの安全かつ効率的な動作を担うクレーンオペレーターを募集しています。屋外環境での作業が中心となり、Mi-Jack MJ100ストラドルキャリアの操作、荷扱い、在庫管理、日常点検、Yardの安全運用などを担当します。

必要条件は高校卒業または同等資格、運転免許、2年以上の重機運転経験です。Mi-Jack/Traveliftの経験、コンテナ取り扱い、鉄道/インタ_modalヤードの経験が望ましく、フォークリフト資格・CDL_Aがあると尚良です。週末勤務や残業があります。

Qualifications

• 高等学校卒業証明またはGEDが必須。
• 有効な運転免許証が必要。
• 大型機械の運転経験が最低2年以上必要。
• 屋外での作業を天候に関係なく行えること。
• Mi-JackまたはTraveliftの操作経験が望ましい。
• コンテナの取り扱い経験が望ましい。
• 鉄道・インタ modalヤードの経験が望ましい。
• フォークリフトの資格を保有していること。
• CDL Class Aが望ましい。

Responsibilities

• Finish goods storage yardでの動作を安全・効率的に行う。
• トレーラーや輸送車両を積み下ろし、ヤードの作業を支援する。
• 在庫の配置・移動・識別・追跡を通じて在庫正確性を確保する。
• シフト前後の点検を実施し、機器の状態を確認する。
• 作業手順・交通ルール・設備操作要件を遵守する。
• 物流コーディネーター、出荷担当、ヤードリーダー等と効果的に連携する。
• 在庫確認作業やカイセルカウントを支援する。
• 安全ポリシーと現場ルールを遵守する。
• ピーク時や天候対応時の出荷需要の変化に対応する。
• 他のヤード、出荷、物流支援業務を担当することがある。
• チームと協力しミーティングに参加・貢献する。
• 前向き・積極的な行動を示す。
• チームワークとコミュニケーション能力を発揮する。
• 残業・ weekend・シフト変更を business needsに応じて対応する。
