Qualifications

• 12か月以上の有効な運転免許を所持し、違反が少ないこと。

Responsibilities

• 建物・エネルギーデータを分析し有意な成果を特定する。
• Connected Service AgreementごとにTechnical Strategy Reviewをリードする。
• エネルギー節約対策を用いて建物運用を最適化し持続可能性を推進する。
• デジタルサービス契約の義務を効果的・安全基準内で履行する。
• 情報収集・現地確認・計画審査等を実施する。
• アカウントマネージャー・現場技術者と協力してサービス契約・見積・制御販売を拡大する。
• プロジェクト管理担当と連携して作業計画を立て、調整する。
• 顧客現場への出張を要件として含み、屋外作業や機械室作業を伴う場合がある。
