Qualifications

• NCCCO certification preferred or required.
• CDL license required/advantageous.
• Experience operating mobile cranes on construction/industrial sites.
• Strong rigging knowledge and load-capacity understanding.
• Ability to read site plans, load charts and lift plans.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently on Fayetteville, NC job sites.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Interpret load charts, rigging and lift plans for safe lifts.
• Coordinate with riggers, signalers, and site supervisors during lifts.
• Set up/dismantle crane equipment, including outriggers and counterweights.

Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently on various job sites throughout the Fayetteville, NC area


• Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on crane equipment


• Interpret load charts, rigging plans, and lift plans to ensure safe lifting operations


• Communicate with riggers, signal persons, and site supervisors to coordinate lifts


• Set up and dismantle crane equipment, including outriggers and counterweights


• Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols


• Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance

Requirements:

• Valid NCCCO (National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators) certification preferred


• Proven experience operating mobile cranes in construction or industrial settings


• Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, load capacities, and lift planning


• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License)


• Ability to read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and load charts


• Excellent spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail


• Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance


• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather and job site conditions
