Qualifications

• Extensive industrial mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with mechanical systems in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Welding experience, structural welding preferred.
• Crane or mobile equipment maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on millwright background.
• Teamwork within a large maintenance organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on cranes and mobile equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues involving rotating equipment, gearboxes, mechanical components, and related industrial equipment.
• Perform mechanical maintenance on crane systems and material-handling equipment.
• Perform structural repairs and welding as needed.
• Perform general millwright maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Support equipment reliability and help maximize equipment uptime.
• Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance.
• Work closely with other maintenance and operations professionals to resolve equipment issues.
• Follow established safety procedures in a heavy industrial environment.
