Job summary

Turner Industries Group is seeking an experienced Crane and Heavy Equipment Mechanic to support our fleet at the Pasadena, TX Equipment Yard. The role involves electrical, hydraulic and mechanical repair work on diesel/heavy equipment, with a focus on preventative maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, a HS diploma or GED, and a related certificate or training. Wages include overtime after 40 hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary certificate or degree in engineering or mechanic training a plus.
• 5+ years of experience with diesel/heavy equipment repair.
• TWIC Card preferred; valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, hydraulic and mechanical repairs, including preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues with diesel engines and determine needed parts and tools.
• Complete shop paperwork and maintain a clean, safe work area.
