Required

Turner Industries Group is looking for experienced Auto/ Diesel Equipment Mechanics for long-term nested maintenance at a site in the Texas City, TX area. TWIC Required. This position offers:

• Regular 40 Hours+ per week (Overtime after 40)
• Overtime and call-outs as needed - overtime paid at time-and-a-half
• Health, (BCBS) Dental, (Delta) Vision, and Life insurance available

Equipment Mechanic Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs as well as preventative maintenance

Heavy Equipment Mechanic Requirements And Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Post-secondary certificate or degree in engineering OR training as a mechanic is a plus
• 5+ years of experience with diesel/heavy equipment repair
• TWIC Card
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Per diem and relocation is not available for this position; the successful candidate will be a current resident in the Houston metro area.
