Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Rexco Equipment's fleet of Link Belt excavators and cranes.
• Operate heavy equipment as part of daily duties.
• Inspect machines before work and report findings to the Service Manager.
• Document repairs and upsell services when appropriate.
• Capture before-and-after photos of repairs and maintenance.
• Participate in training and growth opportunities within the team.
