Job summary

Crags Lodge in Estes Park, Colorado, seeks a friendly Part-Time Bartender to craft beverages and deliver warm, attentive service in line with Vivamee Virtues. You will greet guests, mix drinks, handle payments, and maintain bar hygiene and stock while providing a memorable guest experience.

The role emphasizes flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with compensation between $12.00 and $15.00 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming, engaging bar experience.

• Maintain knowledge of drink menus, specials, and local offerings.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and verify guest age as required.
• Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and sanitation.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Build rapport with guests to enhance their overall experience.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Position Summary

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation & Benefits
