RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete various handyman and remodeling jobs such as drywall, carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Deliver excellent workmanship and customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Organize and manage materials and equipment
• Invoice clients and collect payments as needed

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• 7 to 10+ years of home repair and remodeling experience
• Hands-on skills with knowledge of industry principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies
• Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems
• Estimating experience is a plus; training available
• Friendly personality with a commitment to excellent customer service
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Physical ability to perform labor, including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
• Valid Driver's License
• General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance required for 1099 contractors
