Responsibilities

• Complete various handyman and remodel jobs such as drywall, carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Deliver excellent workmanship and customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Organize and manage materials and equipment
• Invoice clients and collect payments as needed

Skills and Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of home repair and remodeling experience
• Hands-on skills with knowledge of tools, techniques, and supplies used in the handyman industry
• Ability to learn basic computer programs and systems
• Estimating experience is a plus; training available
• Friendly personality committed to great customer service
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to perform physical labor, including bending, lifting 50+ lbs, and handling tools
• Valid Driver's License is required
• General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance required as a 1099 contractor
