Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Craftsman / Handyman to join our team in Spicewood, Texas. In this role, you will handle a variety of small-to-medium residential repairs, maintenance tasks, and light remodeling projects. This position exists to provide local homeowners with reliable, high-quality home improvement services they can trust.

If you love working with your hands and solving problems but are tired of the hassle of chasing leads, writing estimates, and managing billing, this role is a great fit. We manage the scheduling and customer communication so you can focus entirely on your craft. What Success Looks Like

On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to homes in the Spicewood area to complete scheduled projects. You might patch drywall and paint in the morning, then install a new door or tile a backsplash in the afternoon. You will interact directly with homeowners, explaining the scope of work and ensuring they are comfortable with the process.
