You will travel to scheduled residential and light commercial jobs, completing carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical tasks while directly engaging customers to explain your process and ensure satisfaction.

This W2 role provides a steady flow of work and administrative support from our local office, plus weekly pay, a vehicle/tool allowance, and material reimbursement

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in home maintenance, remodeling, or a specialized trade.

In this role, you will help homeowners across the Waco community maintain, repair, and improve their homes. We provide you with a consistent, scheduled flow of W2 work, handling all the marketing, dispatching, and billing from our local office. What Success Looks Like

On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to scheduled residential and light commercial jobs in the Waco area. Your day will involve completing small-to-medium home repairs and improvements, ranging from carpentry and drywall repair to light plumbing and electrical work. You will interact directly with customers, discussing their needs, explaining your process, and ensuring they are highly satisfied before you leave.

What You Need to Bring

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
