About the Role

EastCoast Builders is seeking a skilled Craftsman to join our team – someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. You will work alongside experienced professionals, using high-quality materials and advanced woodworking techniques to create and install custom millwork. Key Responsibilities

• Support all stages of the installation process with senior team members.
• Assist in preparing and installing millwork components such as cabinetry, moldings, trim, and architectural woodwork.
• Ensure materials are correct, properly prepared, and defect-free.
• Maintain and calibrate machinery and tools to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and plans.
• Lift, carry, and position materials up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic knowledge of woodworking tools, including hand tools, power drills, sanders, and nail guns.
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in construction, carpentry, or millwork.
