Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Job Summary

A skilled technical worker with minimal supervision, adhering to safety and quality standards, and maintaining a medium rate of production. Punctual, motivated, communicative, detail-oriented, team player, with a strong work ethic and alignment with company values.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years industry experience
• Successful drug and alcohol screening
• Valid Driver's License with a clean MVR
• Strong safety and equipment knowledge
• Reliable team member

Performance & Safety Responsibilities

Adhere to safety protocols, demonstrate technical skills, participate in safety activities, report hazards and incidents, and work safely according to regulations.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 15-50 lbs, perform bending, kneeling, ladder climbing, and use power tools.
