What We’re Looking For:
Are you a highly skilled, hands-on problem solver with 10+ years of experience across at least 6 or more trades? Do you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy the variety that residential and light commercial jobs bring?
We want to hear from you if you are:
- A true expert in your field — someone who’s mastered 6+ trades such as:
- Carpentry
- Drywall
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Tile
- Flooring
- Masonry
- Concrete
- Windows & Doors
- Siding, etc
- Comfortable working on ladders up to three stories high
- Professional, reliable, and committed to top-tier customer service
- Honest, dependable, and motivated to deliver genuine quality work
- A strong communicator with the confidence to offer solutions and recommend additional work when appropriate
Primary Service Area:
This position primarily serves customers from Arnold to Chesapeake Beach and Lothian to the Chesapeake Bay.
Occasionally, you may be asked to assist with jobs in Southern Maryland or help support projects on Kent Island and surrounding areas.

- Communicate professionally with homeowners, team members, and office staff
- Identify and suggest additional needed work to clients in a helpful, no-pressure way
- Take ownership of your job sites, your schedule, and your craftsmanship
- Be punctual, trustworthy, and solution-oriented
