RES is seeking a skilled truck driver to operate vehicles safely at construction sites in Arkansas. The role involves loading/unloading, adhering to safety policies, and performing required DOT inspections while traveling to remote site locations as needed.

Ideal candidates will hold a CDL Class A or B with a clean MVR, have construction experience, and be capable of lifting loads as required. This full-time, on-site position emphasizes safety, reliability, and following regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

Summary

Responsible for safely and efficiently operating and driving trucks/vehicles to support operations at the project site.

Specific Duties

• Operates vehicles and/or equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
• Loads and unloads truck to and from job site, may involve heavy lifting.
• Inspects site to ensure safe environment to load and unload.
• Compliant with site policies and safety procedures.
• Reports any accidents and/or injuries immediately.
• For DOT drivers:
  • Performs all required DOT inspections and complies with other regulatory DOT requirements by adhering to state and federal laws and regulations.
• Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Ability to operate and drive a vehicle/truck.

Construction site environment includes early stage permitting, development and auditing through finished roads and features. Extensive travel with driving to remote sites along with office work in field conditions is also included.
