Job summary

Greenbar Distillery, a California-based craft spirits producer, is seeking an Assistant Spiritsmaker to support production across infusion, fermentation, distillation, re-distillation, bottling, and related lab tasks.

Reporting to the Production Director, you will assist with quality control, inventory management, and maintenance while adhering to safety rules. The role is 4x10 schedule, pays $23–$27/hr DOE, with PTO, health and life insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control/assurance.
• Ability to follow safety rules and SOPs.
• Willingness to learn and train.

Responsibilities

• Assist in infusion, fermentation, distillation, and bottling.
• Support R&D, QC, lab, and inventory management.
