Job summary

Greenbar Distillery in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Assistant spiritsmaker/blender to support production and packaging of our organic spirits. You will work on liquid tasks across infusion, fermentation, distillation, re-distillation, bottling, and R&D under the Production Director.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and teamwork in a busy facility, with emphasis on quality control, inventory management, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Above-average problem identification and solving skills.
• Ability to apply basic math to common tasks.
• Clear operating practices and some quality control experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written formats.
• Ability and willingness to work in a team environment with a courteous, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities will cover all areas of production and packaging, with an emphasis on liquid work, as well as general labor in the facility.
• As a direct report to the Production Director, the Assistant Spiritsmaker will assist or perform in infusion, fermentation, distillation, re-distillation, bottling, R&D, quality control, lab, inventory management, maintenance and compliance.
