Job summary

ISC Constructors, L.L.C. is seeking a dependable HR Assistant / Craft Processor to support the hiring, pre-employment, onboarding, and administrative processes for our craft workforce.

You will assist applicants, manage onboarding tasks, and coordinate documentation, working closely with HR to ensure a smooth candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet with confidential information, and able to manage multiple candidates and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Human Resources, craft processing, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or administrative support experience is preferred.
• Human Resources education, training, or related degree is preferred.
• Experience supporting pre-employment processing, onboarding, I-9, E-Verify, background screening, or ATS processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with DISA processes is preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for applicants, candidates, Associates, and visitors interacting with Human Resources.
• Respond to employment inquiries, questions, and requests in a professional and helpful manner.
• Assist applicants with completing online employment applications and required hiring documentation.
• Provide guidance to candidates as they progress through applicable pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain professional and responsive communication to help create a positive candidate and Associate experience.
