Job summary

The Frame Shop by Evergreen Brewery in Evergreen, CO is seeking a skilled Craft Bartender to join its reservation-driven, cocktail-focused experience. This is not a traditional bartending role; you will execute a curated cocktail program and contribute to a high-level guest experience in a speakeasy-style setting.

You should have 2–4+ years of bartending in quality-focused environments, a solid technical foundation, and the presence to move quickly while keeping standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years bartending in fast-paced, quality-focused environments.
• Craft cocktail experience strongly preferred.
• Solid foundation behind the bar and knowledge of spirits.
• Excellent guest interaction and communication.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Craft Cocktail Execution: rotate and serve curated cocktails with consistency, balance, and timing.
• Guest Experience & Hospitality: engage guests, read the room and elevate service.
• Bar Operations: maintain a clean, organized workspace and prep/batching workflow.
• Product Knowledge: knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer and wine; guide guests accordingly.
• Compliance: follow alcohol laws and responsible service practices.
