Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a prep/line cook.
• Understanding of sanitation and workplace safety.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meal ingredients following recipes and line builds.
• Set up stations and ensure proper cooking procedures and plating.
• Monitor quality, temperature, and presentation of dishes.
• Assist with station cleanup, inventory, and closing duties.
• Support events and maintain health and safety standards.
