The Brass Tap in Dallas is seeking kitchen team members to prep, cook, and plate menu items with a focus on food quality and consistent results. Our kitchen team members are responsible for following recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering high-quality dishes that meet our standards while supporting

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state and local requirement.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English.
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Follow recipe procedures
• Keep equipment clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
