Job summary

Boortmalt in New York seeks a Craft Manager NAM to lead the craft business in the region, manage key accounts, and drive sales growth within the North American craft market. You will develop strategic plans, build relationships with decision-makers, coordinate with supply chain, and partner with regional teams to expand market share across on-premise and distribution channels.

Extensive travel across the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a commercial or account management role.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and teamwork capabilities.
• Proven expertise in Customer Relationship Management.
• Ability to provide technical brewing/malting support to customers and account teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized support and service to new and existing customer accounts per policies.
• Develop and implement CRM plans to engage key decision-makers.
• Promote customer-focused solutions with appropriate quantities/configurations.
• Ensure activities comply with policies, regulations, and codes of conduct.
• Secure malt contracts while protecting margins amid price fluctuations.
• Travel extensively across the region to meet customers and attend trade events.
• Develop and execute an annual regional business plan with budgets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Regional Craft Manager to review progress and opportunities.
• Coordinate with supply chain to stock warehouses and transload locations.
• Use CRM to track opportunities and maintain customer records.
• Work with regional/global teams to grow market share and define strategies.
• Prepare account reviews, pricing proposals, forecasts, and reports.
