Qualifications

• Attend regularly and punctually, with or without accommodation
• Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Meet store policies, ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety
• Six months of experience interacting with customers
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the store a welcoming space for the community
• Ensure beverages and food are prepared to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Direct and coach team members, delegating tasks and coordinating work
• Maintain store safety and security and uphold quality and service standards
