Job summary

7 Brew in Spartanburg, SC is hiring a Brewista to craft delicious craft coffee and connect with guests in a fast-paced drive-thru. You’ll perfect espresso pulls, blend drinks, and bring energy and kindness to every interaction.

Expect a flexible schedule, supportive team, and opportunities to grow. You’ll work in person at 1624 East Main St, embracing a fun, speedy culture focused on quality and customer delight in every cup you serve.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic team player with strong customer service.
• Ability to work quickly with coffee, hot water, dairy and glass bottles.
• Able to work outdoors for extended periods in any weather.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for long shifts and moving around the stand.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them into the POS.
• Collect payments and give correct change.
• Prepare all drinks and premixes.
• Move with a sense of urgency and stay productive during shifts.
• Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions and smiles.
• Know the menu inside out and suggest drinks when appropriate.
• Maintain hygiene and dress code for the assigned position.
• Follow shift change duties and weekly chores.
• Clock in on time and be ready to work.
• Treat teammates and customers with respect.
