Job summary

7 Brew in Greenville, SC is hiring Brewistas to craft specialty drinks and create memorable guest experiences. You will work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, input orders accurately, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied with their beverage.

Positions are available with flexible shifts, competitive hourly pay with tips, and opportunities for growth within a fun, team-driven culture. In-person work and strong hygiene are required.

Qualifications

• Must create genuine, uplifting interactions with customers.
• Able to work quickly with hot water, coffee, dairy and glass bottles.
• Capable of standing and moving for long periods and lifting up to 50lbs.
• Able to work outdoors for extended periods and in varying weather.
• Must be flexible with shift times and maintain hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and input to POS.
• Collect payments and correctly count change.
• Prepare all drinks and premixes to standard recipes.
• Move with a sense of urgency and stay productive during shifts.
• Make personal connections through friendly, genuine interactions.
• Know the menu well and suggest appropriate options to guests.
