Qualifications

• Creates uplifting interactions with customers.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Works outside for extended periods and in drive-thru environments.
• Able to stand for long periods and be on feet for hours.
• Flexible and available for a varied weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and input orders into POS.
• Collect payments and give correct change.
• Prepare all drinks and premixes.
• Move with urgency and stay productive during shifts.
• Assist teammates and maintain a clean, stocked stand.
• Make personal connections with customers daily through genuine interactions and positive body language.
